This is a lovely composition. Great peaceful look to it. My only suggestion is that it seems slightly over-exposed to me. A lower exposure might have captured more texture in the water and some loss of detail on the boat would not have been an issie IMO. You may be able to pull some of it back in PS to see what it looks like.

Lovely shot. Great composition. The highlights are a bit too white/bright for my taste and could have done with a bit more sharpness around the window slats but that's all nit-picking. Great job.

Personally, the subject matter is not something that generates a lot of interest but that is just a personal bias and others will feel differently about it. But as a photo I think it has nice graphic lines and creates impact. I like the greyscale effect you have achieved and the lighting is very appealing. I suggest it needs rotating CCW slightly and maybe cropping a bit more top and bottom to create clean graphic lines. I would also select the background to the right and convert it to pure black to remove the distracting background and create a high impact contrast.
