I Don't Think So!by NobodyComment: Not a fan of the arrow through apple on head shots. There is a slight shadow on the right side of the model. It would have looked better if you would have done something to diffuse the light flash. 6 |

Red Yellow Greenby p3wizComment: This is too cool. I can see the reflection of the flash in the center of each apple; I don't know if that's the effect you wanted. The cropping enhances the composition. I hope this places in the top 20. Bumped it up to an 8. |

A ripe choice . . . maybe.by ccaseyComment: Something looks goofy with the lighting. The models hand is real bright, the apple is about right and the background is a bit dark. I don't know how you'd do it, but I would like to see the apple brighter and the hand darker. All in all, not bad photo. |

Going to Piecesby thsullivComment: Great idea. Good lighting. I think the tile floor in the background is distracting. A placemat or table-cloth would have worked out better. There is something un-appealing (pardon the pun) about seeing an apple in a bowl on the kitchen floor (even though it is clean) :). I gave it a 6. |
