By a number of normal photographic metrics this is a not a good photo; everything is blurry except a wrinkle in a tee shirt. The photo is suffused with a wierd and ugly otherworldly aqua glow. The subject, fireworks take up less than a third of the shot. It is strange in a very surreal way. And that surreal strangeness appeals to me.

This is sort of the Jackson Pollock of the fireworks series. I'm not a Jackson Pollock fan, but I like this oddball collection of smudges for reasons I will never be able to explain. Nice Job.
