I would have cropped at the shoulders. The model is young and it almost seems like you are trying to make her more than a little girl (only a perception - nothing to read into it). She is strikingly pretty and the shot is very well done.

If you go to my profile, you'll see I can't take a decent picture. So I'm not too qualified to comment on your technique. I'd like to see a little more light on the face and maybe a less busy background. But like I said...
However, I will comment on your title. She looks angry or at least annoyed. But I don't see sultry. By definition, sultry means sensual and/or voluptuous. She appears a little young for that look in this shot. Just an opinion..

This is a really nice composition, but the shiny plastic handle on the revolver makes it look a little phoney - not the shoes, they are great, and the spit'oon as well, but the gun should look as old as the other vintage items here.
