I'm pretty sure my little boy has this same shirt. The image is very good. But the background's texture is distracting. I don't have a problem with the red theme. Ithink the colors balance nicely, but the wall has distracting imperfections and the light reflecting in the top right takes away from the beauty of the boy's face.

You're main problem here, honestly, is that you saved it too small. The idea is good for an out-of-the-box image, but I'd like to see it larger.

Focus is a little soft for a close-up of the eye. I think you would do better with more DOF so the lashes aren't out. They are too vivid and prominent to leave out of focus. Also, while I like the off-center position of the shot, I think you're a little too far off.

Not comfortable with this as it is not a portrait you actually shot. And while the foot makes it interesting, it does not, IMO qualify as a portrait photo.

Excellent framing and nice portrait. Looks like the focus is a little soft on one eye. The sharpest part of the face is her mouth while most people go for the eyes. Might have been intentional - I like it either way. Good job.
