day 7 - I don't love this view at allby rachelellenComment: You're right. What's to love? -mountains in the distance, a stand of trees, open space, fresh air (yes, from a city perspective, fresh air is part of the view), blue sky...

Day 6by kellyrc01Comment: Great story. Graduation day really does make it all worth it.
As for the picture itself - I like the feel of slowly drying rain on the pavement and the way the lines and angles play off of each other. Only criticism is it could be a tad sharper. Of course at 7:30 AM, nothing is sharp. :) |

day 4 - fireworks tree.jpgby rachelellenComment: I'm with Roz. There's nothing to apologize for. I also thought tis was a floral shot from the thumb. It's such a departure from the standard star-burst you get in most fireworks photos.
Besides, it's Independence Day. If you can shoot them, you got to show them.
