The title is perfect with this shot. She's made up a bit heavily - bit I assume that's what you're going for. Good shot.

Very good portrayal of a character. He seems genuine and very intense.
Good shot.

Good portrait, well shot. I had the same problem with shine on the forehead in my entry. Seems like a problem in basic editing.

Good idea and clever set up. I wish you could have cleaned the lens of the specs a little more. The smudges are distracting.
Still, an interesting take on the idea.

Good image, agree with the sentiment. This is not really a portrait though.

Fun idea. And it's hard to make spectacles interesting. Wish you could have had bigger DOF to get the stars on the ends of the specs in focus.

This works well, where others like it in this challenge do not. Nice use of focus and blur.

Yeah, me too.

I did a double-take because this looks alot like my entry. And I'm a "not as young as I used to be" white guy too...

Good thing we're both so good looking, huh?

Well shot. Great colors and crisp focus on his face. For this challenge it's refreshing to see a portrait where the specs aren't an imposing element. They just exist as a part of the man's character.

This is an unusual portrait. I like that the background is less than flawless. I complements Steve's unkempt appearance. So, what is that in his beard?
