It appears to have some sort of a glare around the eyes. Did you shoot it through a glass?
Not sure, but you might have wanted to leave some more of the background, or either crop closer to it's face! Well, it's only my opinio.

I looks like it was taken either with a mobile phone, or a webcam.
The focus is way too soft, there are 2 strange "lines" in the middle of the image.
Not sure what went wrong with this image!

This shot was intended to have the strings on it. I did try a version (the basic rules wouldn't allow me to though) of it without the lines! It does have a totally diff punch. But, no spot editing, yes shiny little strings. I'll try and find the original one I tried to immitate, wich does have the strings, and looks very nice!
