So aloneby Ragga2000Comment: Very interesting spin on a classic type of shot. I like it. |

Boat Harbour By Nightby coolblueComment: I assume the dark patch in the lower left corner is just dark water and not something edging into the frame from close up. Either way, it is just a little distracting, but not particularly so. As for a night shot, this one has an interesting sickly yellow tinge. It is neat, but it seems too bright for what the title claims. But that is the title. The actual image itself, as I said, has a neat tone and interesting detail. God job. |

August Nightby lsmartComment: I like the lighting in this one very much. However, I am a little annoyed that the detail on the street light itself is blown out. Nice image! |

Picking Up the Slackby anthonyczajaComment: Way to play the male voters in the crowd. No serously. I am betting this image will get a lot of hits.

Rope At Workby RentrenzComment: Very neat "sheet shot." However, I feel like the focus should be the reverse of what it is. The eye is drawn--quite forcefully--to the hitches around the sheet but it is out of the focal area. The resulting bluriness pushes the eye away from the subject and back into the other three quarters of the image. I think that if you had focused on the detail of the rope and left the rigging out of focus the image would be better. Still, though, I think it an interesting shot. Good job. What ship is that, out of curiosity? It's not the USCGA Eagle is it? |

Blue Peasby charliebakerComment: Wow, 2 in a row for you....You are getting a lot of mileage out of this one. (Fyi it was not me that gave you the 10). Word to the wise, though, the natives grow restless with this one. You might be carved open, stuffed with blue peas, and then slow roasted over a blue flame (fueled by your many brown ribbons) till tender...
You might try going for the "Photographer of most questionable work" persona on DPC and use roughly the same image every time. But then you would probably get to the point where everyone took it upon theirselves to give you a 10 and ruin your shot at the brown and, as a whole, end up handing you the blue. Hmm...coincidence in your choice of color? |

Warlock´s Fireballby russiComment: I tried to do something like this but found that my string burned too fast for the shot to happen. What kind of string did you use, out of curiosity? Congrats on the 33rd! |
