Kind of greyish and flat. I would have liked to see a bit of a contrast boost here. It would ahve made a world of difference. I also would to have liked to see the point of the tack behind your first tack. Composition is interesting but I dont like the hidden point of the background tack. Picky aren't I? Nice job.

Very simple and very nice. One thing I did with my entry that I think would have made this even stronger would have been to burn in the shadow a bit. It would have added more dramatic contrast. Love the clarity and simplicity. Beautifully done.

Balancing Tacks

Looking at the top tack it seems over shqarpened. The plastic an looks great....love the composition and idea, but I wish the clear parts of the tacks came out a little better. They seem almost soft focus but gritty. Hard to explain. I'm at work now, so I'll look again on my LCD screen at home in a few hours. You're work never fails to impress me. I love how you always stay true to your style. Nice job and keep em coming!!
