Shrineby tpocComment: I agree with everything kenskid says below. I'd like to see the framing around the shrine, and the entire flower on the left. Good colors! |

All The Way To The Bayby tpocComment: This is a cool shot. The sky under the bridge is blown, unfortunately - this draws my eye away from the nice light under the bridge, where the pillars are going off into the distance under the banner. |

The Village by the Seaby PollyBeanComment: Very nice lighting, colors, and frame. It probably sounds like a stupid comment (not helpful at all), but the framing and the work you've put into lining everything up just so impresses me almost more than the technicalities of the image itself. |

Names Without Facesby JPRComment: This is wonderful and I'm moving it up from a 9 to a 10. The image can stand alone of course - it's very good, but the title makes it really good. There's some grain that only adds to the effect. |

Night & Dayby BradComment: Beautiful! The blues are definitely the strongest, but I'm sure that's thanks to the contrast of the pink-orangey big part of the image. I could stare at this all night long. Looking forward to reading about your setup for this one! |

Maple Leafs Fading from Green to Redby p3wizComment: This is so interesting and makes my eyes crazy. I love it. Not sure, but the effect might be even stronger if it were a solid background with no frame strips. 9 from me. |

Great Blue Heronby Faye PekasComment: What a neck on this bird! The strong horizontal textures in the water and the strong patternes in the bird's feathers are a bit overwhelming. I would love to see either subject alone; water without bird or bird with calm water. |

Peak District Triptych by FalcComment: The big image is a 10 (more, if it were possible) for me. The light is amazing, sucking me right into the scene and under those clouds. The two inset pictures are nice, as well, but it some ways feel like they're tacked on to meet the challenge (which they do). I hope you put the main photo in your portfolio after the challenge is over. |

Night Time Armadilloby kevrobertsonComment: This doesn't draw me in too much, maybe because of the busy nature of the architecture on the limited space we had to work with in this challenge. It doesn't feel quite balanced somehow, but maybe this is how you intend it. The starbursts lights on the left and the one in the center add to the image in a nice way. |
