I like this a lot. Top down is such an unusual perspective for people shots that we're not used to it and that makes for a picture that makes me look twice. I also really like the strong verticals of the pavement, the road and the gutter not to mention the patternwork in the cobbles. And the extra lines of flags echoes the colour in the clothing well plus breaks the verticals a touch. Nice.

Lovely capture. I really like it. I think it would be even stronger if cropped closer in to lose a little of the lower foreground and the two gents at the right.

Summertime and the Livin's Easy

Great composition - love the bricks wall, the sign, the water hydrant and the girl's fast-walking pose. Oh and the way the red wall is echoed in the red paving edge, the white vest in the white hydrant and the grey skirt in the gray pavement. Nice. The green cup is a perfect little detail.

I just love the abstract, timeless nature of this shot. The lack of detail in the figures and their setting really gives a dream like quality. And the rain, of course, just gives a nice context for their wet-weather walk.

Oooh what absolutely fabulous composition - an almost abstract geometrical design just by looking down from above. I really like the lone diner and his tray too. My favourite in this challenge, I think.

I like this idea a lot - I think it could be improved if those elements that aren't moving - the shop signage, the contents of the shop, the ground - were sharper.
