I particularly like this flower shot because of the way some of the background has been included. Whilst it's still not overly obvious that it's taken from a vantage point above, it does make it a little clearer as well sa adding a really interesting pattern and use of DOF.
I don't like the colour balance - seems overly orange throughout the image to me.

The composition here is the strength of the image, for me. I really like the vantage point and the balance of the seat and the wooden floor. I'd like a little more light towards the back of the chair - the shadow is a little too dark for me, though not so much as to remove the shadow completelty.
