death of a gypsy moth...by JustinMComment: Magic. My favourite in the challenge by far. I really like this. There's a delicacy to it. The composition, colour toning and DOF are perfect. The subject matter too. It evokes feelings of sadness and silence. Oh my. It's brilliant. |

HELP. Fallen into Enemy Handsby APComment: Aw, he's a cute fellow. I love the macro of him and the inclusion of the fingers and thumb with the shallow DOF. I think it's a bit of a stretch to the challenge theme, even going for metaphorical, but as I don't score, don't worry! |

The Last Leafby freakin_hilariousComment: I love the curve of the leaf stem back up over the leaf and how it's echoed by the curve of the tip of the leaf. And the serene water surface contrasts well with the textures and colours of the leaf. Adn that one water drop is good too. |
