Gracefully blowing in the windby Dave GordonComment: A pretty silhouette which shows the graceful form of simple grasses but the image lacks that extra punch that would make it something special - perhaps a real focal point? |

Asian graceby AnastasiaComment: Nicely taken. pose creates a pleasing composition, model's facial expression doesn't look too forced, boa adds right touch of colour. Not sure it shows grace as much as flesh on offer but it's a well taken image! |

Rising in Graceby gavinsComment: A beautiful image but focus just seems too soft to me, or perhaps it's because focus is on the mist and not on the shrubbery in the foreground? |

Gracefull Beautyby manuComment: The lighting really makes the rose glow and I like how it separates the bud from the stem. Nice use of negative space though it does make me think of a florists message car with space for a scribbled note from the sender! |

Tamara in Wonderlandby i_skyComment: I don't know that is something I'd consider graceful but it certainly has lots of visual impact - it's quirky, interesting, beautifully lit with wonderful shadows and a warm tone. The position of the person onstage also adds a lot of interest. |

Graceful Shellby KINGComment: Interesting lighting - my first thought was "what's that slash of light pink at the bottom" - it took me some moments to realise it was light coming from inside the shell opening. |

First Snowby kinksComment: Very elegant - like oriental calligraphy. Would like to reduce the blue tone of the snow just a touch. |

Three Kingsby crabappl3Comment: Interesting quality of light through the glass. Unfortunately the green ball seems more opaque to light and feels too heavy in comparison with the red and clear ball. I also am not so keen on the bell shape of the light falling on the surface though I like how it interplays with the dark round shadow from the balls. Composition of the three balls seems static and uninspiring. For some reason this image makes me think of flags - perhaps a tourist advert for a country looking to attract christmas visitors - can't recall which country has a flag with green, white and red? |

...in her fieldby crabappl3Comment: Nice colours and good composition, in terms of model and her position within environment. What I don't like is the brightness of yellows coming through the gaps in the darkened foliage behind her - competes a little with the beautiful highlight in her hair and the dynamic foreground colours of green and blue.
I like her pose though and the slightly blown out lighting on her skin works for me.
She looks contemplative though I'm not sure I'd really conclude that's she's alone if I were to see this image outside of the challenge. |

Country Roadsby crabappl3Comment: Lighting really is beautiful here. It gives colour and warmth as well as light. The way it catches on the model's hair is particularly appealing. However the content of the image doesn't grab me. The pose of the girl feels unnatural, I'd prefer a (faked) walking position. The trees, trunks and shrubs within the frame are somewhat messy, the shapes they form don't make for a particularly good composition, in terms of light, shadow and form. I do like the diagonal of the road surface but the actual colour of it feels out of place.
