Gone with the Windby tezza73ukComment: Good to see some action in your image. Like the use of the diagonal lines of road and leafy gutter to add to that. Can't say it ties in well with the book title for me but a reasonably interesting image. |

Silence is Goldenby selleriComment: Lovely sky colours but poor choice of silhouette subjects - dull, poorly composed and not quite blacked out sufficiently. |

Shoot Don't Shootby kellymcgComment: A great study with wonderful colour, texture and detail. What a life this old sigh must have had. A beautiful image. |

Evening Starby mariomelComment: A striking image with wonderful richness of colour and light. What a contrast of deep blue skyand golden leaves. Leading line of tree trunks and road into the distance is also pleasing - a good composition. |

"The Thief of Always"by fishstix_666Comment: There may well be enormous relevance in terms of subject matter, however since I don't know the book I'll refrain from commenting on that aspect.
As an image this doesn't work at all for me. Horizon is tilted, composition is messy - lighting is poor with an unpleasant glare at the right. Image quality is also very poor. |

Where the Sidewalk Endsby jvanderauComment: Does match the title but the result is an unfortunately dull image. Static central composition, absolutely nothing of interest to look at and lifeless colours. Idea is good but realisation hasn't come through. |

microserfsby space amoebaComment: Nice use of props and unusual composition. Background white paper could do with it's own lighting to render it more purely white. |

Macintosh by scab-labComment: Interesting lighting - really makes the colours of the apples sing out and the black background amplifies that. Apples are sitting way too close to left and right edges of the frame for the composition to work for me... feels very very hemmed in. I think I'd add space left and right and also at top and lose some at bottom. |
