kid at heartby jstodComment: What I like about this is that you've achieved the challenge objective without simply taking an image and rotating it 180 degrees. You've looked for a situation where something, or in this case someone, has a genuine reason to be upside down. The quirky angles and the bright colours of her blue jeans, the yellow and red coats of the other kids and the muted green and gold of the ground all work well. |

Watch That First Step!by dtremainComment: This is great, it works really well. I'm mostly not really appreciating the entries where the image taken has simply been rotated by 180 degrees but in this case it works and creates a genuinely appealing abstract. I think what grounds it is the way that the door number still reads correctly even upside down. Great colours and textures in the brick. |

The Welderby cptpolandComment: Personal tastes, but I prefer this to the blue ribbon winner. Great shot, there's lots to look at, wonderful colours, lots of motion from the sparks and smoke, all great. |

Flyingby KelliComment: Oh I do love this! Then again I adore hippos! I saw some swimming when visiting Busch Gardens, I think it was, a few years ago. I was glued to the glass, fascinated with the hippos, a view we never see in the wild, until my friends dragged me away after an hour. This is a great shot! |

Summiting a Volcanoby jbsmithanaComment: Really gives an impression of the achievement and I really like the composition, the wonderful vivid blue of the sky and the few bright items in their clothing and bags. |
