Lazy, sunny afternoonby parallaxComment: Fun picture! This photo really conveys the lazy hot days of summer holidays spent on the shore! I like the way the water catches the light. Although it's not absolutely centred I think it's still somewhat too centred in composition and would love to see a similar shot with the shower and foreground subject to one side of the frame. |

Light Reading by scalvertComment: Nicely done! The elevation thing is very clever. The strong light coming out of the book works well too! |

Life Cycleby zaflaboutComment: Interesting idea, nicely presented. Good use of coloured surface and shallow DOF. |

Murderby jdannelsComment: Cool idea and I like the strong shadows and that crack along the surface to indicate the strength of the fork strike! |

Rapid Fire Pea Shooterby leafComment: Great idea and great use of shallow DOF, negative space and lighting. Only let down in terms of believability is teh difference in colour (perhaps it's just light) of the foreground pea compared to the other two. |

"Pea"rl on a Half Shellby rjksteschComment: Interesting idea! I like the lighting and I like the idea to present the shell on what looks like soil but those bits in the lower right corner are quite distracting. |

Dirty Peasby TrynityRoseComment: Interesting use of light and dark to bring focus to the subject and yet retain interesting texture in the background. |

My God! Piggy got me spade!by redmoonComment: He he great colour match there! Love the shallow DOF and the way you've positioned Kermit to really look as though he's staring and exclaiming about those peas! I had to read your title and look at the picture I few times before I realised you meant "spayed"!!! |
