Quite frankly, although the middle portion have good focus, the rest look too fuzzy I think and the subject lack a bit of interest. At least, seeing what's beyond that window may have added interesting element.

Into the Storm

It looks like you use the flash to expose this shot. The flash glare is too strong in my opinion. There is a couple of very bright spot surounded by darker spots. It would have benn best to try to diffuse the flash light so more of the shot would have helped with the extra light and you would have avoided the strong glare.

On second pass, the idea was good. The motion is interesting. However, I think the shutter speed was a bit too slow. I think it would have been a lot better with less motion blur.
