Very striking eyes, and the deail and contrast in its fur really stands out, especially with the background being out of focus.

My cat has the same color eyes, but he hates cameras and I can never get a good picture of them.

I think this shot might look better lightened...as it is it's like an overcast day or something ^^;

I like the way it's positioned, though...there's so many shots with the center of the flower in the center of the shot, but the way you offset it doesn't make it seem off-balance or crooked or anything.

Steel Gourd

It's a pretty interesting-looking shot, and the gourd has a pretty heavy look to it, but the overall balance seems a little off...like the gourd wants to be in the center, but it's not, or it wants to be off to the side, but it's sitting in between. The left side feels really empty compared to the right, which has the heavy 'weight' of the gourd, along with the stuff in the background, and there's nothing on the left side to really offset that.
