There seems to be a lot going on here in the way of texture and color. I also like the lighting, very nice. While the image is interesting, I can't seem to find a spot to rest my eyes. The box that I assume is the subject of the shot is a bit dark compared to the other bright spots. Also, everything is in sharp focus which also does not help direct my eye toward the subject.

This seems a bit dark overall. I'd love to see the gold tones in the water really pop and cause a more silhouetted look for the birds.

I like the concept. The pose seems uncomfortable by looking at the position of her feet. The low camera position makes it look like she is ducking slightly to keep her head below a low ceiling. The pose also causes the coat to hang in an unflattering manner on her left.
