curlby datcatComment: is that a little purple critter at the end? what a great find! maybe a slight luminance adjustment on the color purple/magenta to bring the bug out a litte, but that may just be my monitor. |

IMG_9630.jpgby ZippyComment: Good catch! I've never seen one of these in real life before. I hope the 100mm allowed a good working distance. |

Jun 04 (85).jpgby Mr_PantsComment: Looks great. The DOF is perfect. About your re-done comment... "if it aint broke don't fix it" |

Restingby GermaineComment: I like the idea of the photo and especially that the boy is the only one looking at the camera. I think maybe a bit too much (highlight/shadow) manipulation and maybe some punch provided by the 50mm phenomenal DOF control. |

wet weatherby datcatComment: It does look like oil. If you could bring back some green in the leaf but keep the liquid black this photo could be named "pollution" and should be due a ribbon. |

Day 4 @ 100mmby ShutterPugComment: Great shot! Did he stay still for you? That seems to be the hardest thing to accomplish with that 100mm. |

Day 02 - Treesby KenComment: I love how wide this is and from the ground as well. I'm deeply considering picking up the 10-22mm for my XTi based on shots like this. |

Buttercupby FrostyPawsComment: This flower shot is great. I like how dark the background is compared to the actual subject. Possibly a bit too much post processing as it looks painted. (unless of course that's what you're going for) |

You'd better have treats...by bergiekatComment: If your camera is set to multi-point focus you can try to single it out to one point. Whatever point that is put it on the same plane as the cat's eyes (just point it at one of the eyes) and you should get the focus you and everyone desires. |
