Wow Judy this is a wonderful photograph. Great lighting, shadows, use of shower, everything! Very very very nice.

Dark and Lovely

I like the grain, I like the softness. I would like to see somewhat sharper eyes.

I really like the stark white, almost like she's poking her head through the paper - for that I would suggest cloning out the tie grommet dealy-bob-doo-hicky thing.

And maybe a wee bit more tonal range on the skin.

Overall I like, nice job :)
