Not sure about wicked ... wierd is more like it. A very difficult picture to make suggestions for changes because it is such a unique interpretation.

I think that the nose needs a fraction more definition. It is a bit lost at present. It is very poster like.

You will have got plenty comments about the sun not being an artificial light-source ... so I won't mention it. Composition is OK. I wonder if different lighting woiuld have changed the feel.
