Subtle - yes, well photographed – yesâ€Â¦ I can't offer constructive comments with the technical side of things; it's a great shot and it meets the challenge easily. But I can't decide if I like the picture for the sake of the picture. It lacks something, but I'm really not sure whatâ€Â¦

I love the ideaâ€Â¦ DP Challengers are getting younger, and from what I can gather there are entrants as young as nine! This is a really nice shot. It has a lot going for it, the composition is great and I really like the warm, summery feel created by the strong shadows. Only problem – but it sticks out – is the over exposed Rose. Otherwise, great idea and great shotâ€Â¦
