I wish this shot wasn't so good because it creates a dilemma. It's an amazing photograph, beautiful in fact. Composition, exposure and lighting are all superb. But for me, the challenge link is at best uncertainâ€Â¦ A picture that good needs a good score, but I have to run with my challenge impression foremostâ€Â¦ (7)

I can’t help wondering as to whether or not this picture might have been taken by a DPCer with a juggle in his ID? If it wasn’t – sorry. I digressâ€Â¦ This is classic shot and I can’t fault it. It also fits the challenge, so I don’t have any qualms about scoring this 10â€Â¦ Regardless of the photographerâ€Â¦

Great shot, great composition and great use of B&Wâ€Â¦ The only flaw, as far as I am concerned, is the foreground hand holding the drink. But, class shot none-the-lessâ€Â¦ (9)

This is a great shot; composition is first class and it easily meets the challenge. My only gripe concerns the lighting. The central theme is a little dark and perhaps the use of fill flash would have helped? Good luckâ€Â¦ (7)

The shot idea is superb but the focus is not as it could have been; perhaps using flash would have helped, but (in order to maintain anonymity possibly?) you didn't use one. Because the focus is so soft, the shot loses a lot of impact. Composition is first class – even looks like you might have been hiding behind a plant in order to get the shot :o) Good luckâ€Â¦

Great shot. It doesn't look posed and the picture has great atmosphere. Some voters may quote the thirds rule at this, but I'd say they were being pedantic. My only gripe would be that it's a little dark, but that's is so small issue and may even be related to monitor I'm using. Splendid effort (9)
