Image size is very small - although I'm sure you'll hear that from others. Good idea here. There appears to be a problem with your crop -- blank white space takes up some of the frame for no apparent artistic reason. Building in the background is distracting from the focal point - next time let more of the sky into the background. Black and white was a good choice here. Overall, it was a fresh idea with potential.

Colors are great. A tighter crop that excluded the traffic signs might have had a more dramatic impact. The lines of the bridge are classic, but get lost in the rest of the frame.

Lines are just a bit off, I'd rotate just a few degrees and crop the shot so that there is no white space between the bridge and the top of the frame. Otherwise a great shot with regard to composition.

I like how you've tried to capture the bridge from a unique viewpoint. With regard to composition, the lines aren't quite as visually appealing as you might have intended. The underside of the bridge is very dark and lacks detail. Overall, this is a decent shot and I congratulate your effort.
