Intriguing facial expression. Unfortunately, the lines on whatever that is in the background are very distracting. Generally it is good to have the subject well in front of the background and use DOF to emphasize the focal point. In addition, a diffusing filter might have helped with the skin tones. Overall, this is a decent shot. Good luck in the challenge.

Nice toning here. Unfortunately, the main subject is so overexposed there is significant loss of facial detail and I cant tell what is in front of her face - at first I thought she had something sticking up her nose! In addition, the focus seems to be off. This was a good idea, but isn't as technically strong as it could be.

I had to look at this twice for several minutes each to figure out that it was a glass of something (beer? wine?). I like the silhouette/backlighting, but feel this image would be stronger if it included more midtones so every element was more easily identifiable. Overall, it's a decent shot. Good luck in the challenge!

Without the title, I would have never connected this shot with "delicate." This is a very busy composition - using depth of field would have helped the viewer isolate a focal point.

Returning for comment and bumping up. At first blush, this shot does not convey "delicate" as well as some of the others in the challenge. It is; however, technically competent with the exception of slightly skewed perspective (not all of the lines are straight). Overall, a visually interesting shot.
