I gotta say I LOVE the reference. My favorite novel. This actually recreates Winston and Julia's secret meeting away from the city. Very clever setting, I think I would have recognise the scene without the title. Nicely done.

Fabulous shot! Wow! Gorgeous! The only (small) detail that could have improved would have been to clone out thinner branches on top, I find it a bit distracting but hey!... that's nature. I would also like this shot with the post and cables out just for comparison. The colours are just amazing, the foggy horizon is beautiful. I just started looking at pics for this challenge, yours is one of the very firsts but I wouldn't be surprise to see it end up in the top three.
