Barbed Wireby goldenhawkofkyComment: This could be painful if one is not careful. I think getting a lower photo laying on your back and shooting upwards would have brought out the barbed wire more. In this photo it blends itself with the background and it's hard to see. |

Your Pain His Pleasureby jamoComment: Yes, I imagine that would be painfu good over all however I just can't get over the blurry focal point and hands. A higher shutter speed would have done great here and improved the over all score of this photo. |

Tear of Painby radimanComment: Good photo, sad whatever this girl is crying about! Over all I like the photo except I'm finding the face a little too soft for my liking. Otherwise nice work. |

Stingby erusanComment: Nice detail on the over all photo but the only thing it's lacking is maybe a little more light to define the features a little better. Good work otherwise. |

Outcast by L1Comment: Great DOF, perfectly captured to still have enough definition on the background with the other kids still laughing. I really like this shot, good work. |

Stuck in glassby dyriComment: Interesting idea and it might be painful for this little green guy but... This just doesn't work for me; it has no really appeal in my opinion of course! Also the shot is too tight with the distracting glare from the flash. If you are shooting glass with a on camera flash, I might suggest to put a paper towel and/or Kleenex over the flash to soften it up a bit you will get less of a glare that way or pick a different angle ... keep trying. Practice makes perfect. |

The pain of losing a loved oneby BruBComment: That is a great capture, very good light on this statue also. No direct sun, it has good shadows which helps it give a good mood. |

Painfull lifeby DogAngelComment: You got that right ... Painful Life is correct. As William Blake once wrote 'All our lives we sweat and save, building for a shallow grave...' So enjoy and don't let the little things get to you because you can't take them with you when you pass on. Anyways, very dramatic capture here, and I like the dark lighting (or basically the lack of bright lighting). Good Work. |
