Now take this pic, turn it sepia and warm it up a bit with white chromatic corners. Sharpen a little and you have a portrait second to none.

Baby abalone shells we call it. I have some in my portfolio too, but NONE like this. Imagine you could have better control over the depth of field. That 60mm just does not give you that privilege unless you use a ring flash. Fantastic macro.

You will note that I have a very soft spot for animals and birds. This simple silhouette is working because of feeling of flow in the background water. Lovely representation, lovely o the eye.
