I like how you've kept the eyes in colour :) I'd suggest making the outside of the eyes a warmer duotone though, rather than plain B&W :)

I duplicated the layer lots of times, flipped some of them, and then tiled them. Following that I merged the layers so they were all on a single plane. I then used the Transform>Distort tool to give a skewed perspective, and also did a little rotate. I then duplicated that and flipped it horizontally, reducing the opacity too. Then I just did curves, levels, etc :)

I think it looks a little bit over sharpened, or sharpened with a radius which is too high, but other than that the look she's giving and the whisp of hair look great! :)

Really nice shot! The bright pinks in the top and eye make-up look great against the gritty urban green/blue. I really like the idea of having a closeup in the same shot too, I might just have to try that one myself! :)
