"Once upon a time...."by sfarrell23Comment: Leading lines, yes, but are they effective? they lead my eyes straight off the pictures edge swiftly. When the eye comes to the edge of the photo, the brain says "Done, next picture please" unless there is a counter line to draw the viewer back its over. |

Pipes in the Sunby neophyteComment: excellent leading lines - the pipes lead the viewers eyes into the photo and that sproingy thing catches your eye and brings it back for another look - a useful thing especially in the speed challenge where one the eye gets led off the edge of the image the brain sayd "Done, nest picture please" |

In a world of his ownby dr3amzComment: why not crop off some of the left? A centered subject is less dynamic than an off center one. We are less interested in where he has been (soace behind him) than where he is going (space in front of him). If he is off center it will appear more like he is moving along with those giant steps. |

Platform 7by jjbeguinComment: Love the colors an the composition - leading lines bring the eye to the wooden structure - top blue mountans and sea balance the tension in the orange semicircle. rough vs smooth texure also goes with the color scheme - well planned photo. coming back to reevaluate - have to give this a 10 |

Mercurial Sunsetby GautiComment: uh oh - border patrol is going tio nix this one - why put a border that competes with the image and draws the viewers eyes away? |
