ew- cant wait to read the "how was it done". and is he wearing a tortoise shell hat?? so strange that I forget to look at it as a photograph. Do you like the left side where it is greenish? What if you cropped closer on that side? The eye wouldnt be centered then but it might work better with the light only coming from the right.

The foreground doesnt add anything - without it the colors dont look so muddy. I like the smooth water but I think there is too much other stuff in the image. the two yellow leaves in the background are also distracting,
