Nice warm light on the stone, good use of shadows to enhance lettering. Also like the low perspective. Background buildings are slightly distracting.

The wall in the foreground divides the photo, also the red tractor top distracts. Pretty place... maybe a closer shot would have worked better.

The inclusion of the people really lends perspective! The apparent post processing is over the top for my taste, however.

Some elements of this photo work better for me than others... like the dof, boats, clouds, curve of river. Problem with the ground & railing, sign, use of big gun as landmark.

You made it work, but I think this would be much better shot in full daylight. (I do understand that perhaps you couldn't get there at that time of day, but still thought I'd offer the feedback).
