Image quality looks a bit off and since there are not really any interesting colors in the shot, did you try to make it b/w, that would have masked the lack of image quality a lot. Cool shot other than that but would have been even cooler had you taken it in the deeper end of the pool.

There is something very unattural about the lighting, guess it´s taken at a zoo indoors or did you actually use an off camera flash from the right to light this? Anyway, the harsh lighting and shadow just don´t seem to fit with this image in my opinion.

Well I don´t want to say the makeup is not well done but it is not really convincing either, if her shoulder is supposed to be an open wound it doesn´t really look like it. Also, not wanting to sound like a perv, I would have asked her to wear something that left her shoulders bare, the white top looks a bit out of place, the bare shoulders would have fitted more or something black, like a leather jacket or something.
