Stubbleby bobdaveantComment: He seems to be angry with you for taking his picture and I don´t really think it´s fitting here at least it makes me a bit uneasy. Otherwise spot on the theme of the challenge, a bit unoriginal but well lit and sharp as a tack, should do well. |

Untitled #27by smokeditorComment: Very nice, perfectly exposed but I can´t help but wonder if it hadn´t grabbed my attention more in colour but I trust your judgement, you seem to know what you are doing. One of the better shots in the challenge. |

Pacific Sunsetby sbeaumontComment: There are two things that really bother me about this image and caused me to give it a score below average.
1. The red colour is very unnatural and makes me think of blood rather than a sunset.
2. Having lens flare is always bad in an image IMHO but here it is extra bad since it is the only thing in the image that isn´t red, black or white and therefore draws extra much attention.
On the plus side it wasn´t a bad idea to take a shot of the ocean like this but I don´t really like the outcome. Sorry. |

Above the Cloudsby bryanbrazilComment: Pretty cool, I love the clarity of this shot, however something is missing in my humble opinion, an airplane or space shuttle or just something but one of the better shots in the challenge, I gave it a 7. |

Early Retirementby ShutterPugComment: Sorry but I don´t find this entry amusing in the least if you are indeed member nr. 37252. The thing I like the most about DPC is it´s anonymity and I don´t like when that is compromised.
Anyway, I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and just assume that you entered a random member nr. for voting purpouses but if you are indeed member nr. 37252 then you just lost my respect. |

Walking my own wayby eirasiComment: Very nice, very fitting for this challenge but could also have been very good for "textures" |

Circa 1860's - Vintage Baseballby netdudeComment: No offense intended but this is a textbook example of a mediocre shot that could be very good with a blurred backround since the bacrkound doesn´t (in my humble opinion) add anything positve to the shot, only draws attention from the pitcher. On the plus side I like the composition although I would have preferred if you had taken a couple of steps to the left to get that building behind the pitcher out of the frame and you stopped the motion at a very interesting time. Gave it a 5 since it´s neiter bad nor good.
