Excellent idea but IMHO not executed very well in the regard that I can´t make out a single spot that is in perfect focus. Great lighting though, if it had been sharp I would have liked it very much.

The idea is probably not bad but the lack of focus is just a killer here for me personally, I would have given it a 1 but it seems to be on topic so I gave you 1 point for that. Just wanted to explain the poor rating from me.

Hardly original but interesting composition, I at least can feel the snakeskin through viewing this shot. I only gave it a 5 though since it seems to be slightly out of focus, I looked everywhere and I can´t make out one spot that is pristine sharp except for maybe just at the top in the middle but I am still not sure. Would have given it maybe even a 7 if it had been sharper and some better lighting (softer to be specifig) to increase the 3D feel to it.

I am sorry but I don´t really like this picture, I get slight vertigo from viewing it since it´s taken at such a wierd angle and I find it very off putting. Also you don´t immediately see what the subject is, if I may make one suggestion it would be to try and keep it simple and get closer to one subject instead of having 4 of them, sometimes less is more.

On the plus side the exposure seems spot on although the lighting seems to be a bit flat and its on topic, you got a 4 from me.

I am terribly sorry but this photo doesn´t do anything for me. To be more specific the blown out highlight of what I assume is a flash or some kind of lamp kills this shot for me personally and there is nothing good in the image that counterweights that. Also the image is very flat contrast wise and soft and the overexposure combined with the strong shadow draws the attention away from what little texture there is in the shot. I gave it a 3 though since I has some traces of texture but if it had been off topic I would have given it a 1.

On the plus side you seem to have been experimenting with lightsources and experimentation is always good so keep it up, practice makes perfect.

Normally I like shallow DOF images but here it´s IMO irritatingly shallow as there is soo little in focus I just want to squint my eyes to see the rest of the peanuts. In short a good idea but slightly over the top for my taste. Gave it a 5.
