It´s pretty hard to rate this fairly for two reasons.

1. It badly out of focus or really cropped up close since this isn´t even close to being sharp.

2. Image noise is pretty bad, especially in the brown and blue areas, again could be from severe cropping but the result is the same. Therefore the dynamic range is very narrow, a couple of portion of the shot has blown out highlights and the colours look dull and off putting.

At least you stayed on topic and it looks like a decent shot if it were not for the 2 points I brought up.

Nice, one of the few pictures that has a person in a shot that isn´t a close up of a beard or eyebrows or such and it makes it stand out, I like it and it breaks up the voting in the challenge, I immediately noticed this thumbnail. Nice work.

Awesome! I just voted on a similar shot but this one is so much better. The main reason I like it more are the shapes in the stone/coral. Maybe I am just insane but I make out a dog, a guy running and another one kicking his behind. The lighting is very good and all in all I very much like this shot, though not enough to give it a 10 but it got a solid 9 from me.
