One of the more interesting shots in the challenge but still nothing that makes me jump up in my chair. Nice PP though, I like the sharp quality. 7 from me.

In my opinion this shot is way to cluttered, what I am trying to say is that there ist just too much here to look at so my eye just wanders all over the place. If I may make a humble suggestion is to keep it more simple next time, sometimes less is more. Maybe drag a pair of shoes off to the middle of the livingroom floor and wait for the cat to go play with them and take the shot from an upwards angle so only the floor is the backround? 5 from me as you at least were on topic.

I like the subdued colours in this shot but I just can't find a single spot that is in sharp focus so I only gave it a 4.

Nice work on the PP, I think you made a right choice to make this sepia toned. I like the look on the little guy too, he looks as he is about to reach for his gun in a quick draw contest :)

8 from me as technically this shot is pretty much flawless but I didn't go "wow" when I saw it.

Nice touch to have the shoe on the left stand up a little bit, I don't love it but still a 7 from me. Nice texture and tones.

I don't care what you did in the pos processing but I can say that I don't care for it at all, waaaayyyy to grainy and flat for my taste. Just wanted to tell you why I gave it a 3, and only reason why I didn't vote lower is that it's on topic. However, if you like this shot, stick with it, after all, this is just my opinion and opinions are like assholes, everyone has got one...

Nice composition and above average in the challenge but I dunno... kindof boring to look at, needs something to make it pop a bit more, like a seagull trying to steal the shoes or something... 6 from me.

I like where you are going with the post processing but it needs to be more "pristine" and sharp to totally engage my attention, keep up experimenting though. One of the better shots in the challenge, gave it a 7.

I am not a big fan of shots that need the title to explain the shot and as I am no fan of tap dancing and don't know what kind of shoes they use there I feel this shot is in a gray area in regards to that. Anyway this is not a bad shot at all but I think I would have liked it better if you had entered a wider shot to show me what was going. 5 from me.

Nice idea but there are two things that bug me a little about the image.

1: The blue cast that is over the whole image isn't very flattering, I would have liked it more with a warmer WB.

2: The whole ocean part isn't flattering at all. First of all the horizon is both tilted and distorted and secondly the whole area is severly overexposed with no detail so it doesn't do justice to this scene.

4 from me because of the reasons I said but had you corrected this, for example by taking this photo at another focal length to minimise the distortion of the horizon and then also taking it for example at another time of day or from another angle so you could have lit the shoe part of the image and the horizon the same I would have liked it a whole lot more.

Short version is that I like the idea behind this shot but not how it's executed so keep experimenting!
