Sorry but this looks very snapshot-ish for me, doesn´t really seem all that thought out. Last minute submission? Next time, get in closer and make sure you get the whole fountain, that at least would have been better.

Pretty cool shot, love the dark blue backround and lighting. What the heck is going on in this picture anyway? Get a strange "dr.Jekyll/mr.Hyde" vibe from it, would look good on a book cover. Love it, got an 8 from me.

Sorry but the afterwards blurring is very obvious and just looks awful, the shot just doesn´t look real somehow, if you are going to do blurring afterwards, take more time and don´t leave any traces of it, there are very obvious lines around the flowers that give you away, that and the unnatural bokeh. Just use a bigger aperture next time and save yourself some work, just do it in camera.

Whole shot looks a bit odd and flat, could use a serious contrast boost. I bet i know why though, looks like you did a raw double exposure on the inside and outside and put them together. Not a bad job on that, not at all, just needs more contrast.
