Relectionsby Steveo77zComment: Nice job, perfect exposure and tonality in this image, love the reflection. Gave it a 7 as I feel there is some magic ingredient missing, like someone standing there by the water or something but awesome job on all the technicals! |

Pier of Transienceby LifeLostComment: I am sorry but I don´t really get the thinking behind this image as it just doesn´t make sense to me compositionally. There is simply nothing in this image that I find interesting, there is simply nothing that draws my eye in and makes me want to linger over this. I realize you probably chose this place to photograph as there seem to be lights on the bridge wich I assume you didn´t want in the frame as they would be blown out but I would have strolled down the beach a small distance to the left and taken a shot of the pier from that vantage point, composing it similar to this shot ->
No offense intended but that is my honest opinion, ended giving it a 4. |

Let me introduce my self, me and Iby escondrillasComment: Nice idea but sorry, IMHO you didn´t execute this as well as you could have as the faces are all to blurry for my taste, don´t know how you executed this shot but I find it best to use a flash or monolight to freeze the persons, just make it go off at the right time in the right pose and you would have gotten 3 crystal clear and focused faces in the shot. Nice idea though as I said. |

Life sourceby Rino63Comment: Sorry but this is just too dark for my taste, hard to make anything out and my screen is calibrated so that´s not it. 4 from me. |

Lightningby cirraschComment: Not bad but I have just seen to many lighting shots for this to impress me . The same rule goes for lighting shots as star trail shots and norhern lights. You need an interesting foreground or setting for it to stand out, the phenomenon isn´t strong enough to carry a photograph by itself. This is still nice though, don´t get me wrong, nothing wrong about it at all. |

MG at Nightby EricMGB1974Comment: Sorry but this image appears to me to be severely oversharpened, the strong halo around the treelines and car are a sure indication of that, I would go easier on the unsharp mask filter next time you process an image. Just a friendly pointer as your screen could be teasing you. |

Newport Bridgeby djtj1980Comment: Pretty nice shot, taken at the right time of day. Not really giving me the chills though, needs something extra for me to give it a higher rating than 7 but that is still pretty good, right? |
