looks like you cranked the contrast way up to emphasize the textures. I really like the idea, but i'm wondering if you cranked it up just a bit too high. the texture of the chains seems to have been turned into static. you know, you should do something like this for the corporata america challenge!

nice texture. i'm not sure if the sandy texture on top of the crystal (or whatever it is) texture is necessary, but that's up to you. the only thing I would ask for is a little variation in color. othere than that, it's all good.

hey, two textures in one shot. good deal. I like the dark slug thing against the light rock background. you might try composing it differently, though. maybe shoot at his antennae head on or something to give the shot more of a point of interest.

nice photo. the title sounds like some sort kinky store. maybe I shouldn't have said that... anyways, nice contrast between the chains and the background. a larger depth of field might have been nice, but you probably did that on purpose.

I like how it makes me feel like I'm walking through the hall. nice converging lines. if you held the camera still, it would help bring out the texture (though you probably ignored that on purpose).

oooh, yummy. I love hot tamales, especially when they're fresh and soft and... sorry. about the photo, excellent choice of subject. lighting and composition are nicely done. the only thing I could ask for is a little more color contrast. some cool colors to offset the predominantly warm image (some blue sweet tarts, for instance). good shot, though.
