This guy ( in the face) looks just like the actor that plays the trainer in Seabiscuit. It is a bit too soft overall. The primary colors are nice. The arm missing from the shot bothers me a bit.

Stan looks angry. The light portion of the background on the right is distracting my attention from the subject. The almost glowing lighting is nice, but seems out of place on this serious kitty. The eyes have great detail and focus.

I find the red background a bit off putting, but the detail and focus are great. The tip of the ear falling out of the frame is a bit distracting as well.

Black and White

This one is dramatic but lacks a bit in execution. The green eyes really pop, but the lighting is a bit too harsh (shadow under chin) and the srarpness needed to pull out the detail and make the dark subject dark background shot work is just not there. I would definitely try a reshoot. Good eye. Just needs a little tweeking.

I like this one. Not a fan of the border treatment, but the half cocked ear adds the illusion of motion. The detail is nice and the eyes look great.
