Something about the sky just isn't appealing for me. Perhaps it's the cyan bar there. Maybe if the shot were taken earlier? I like the water, but the sky and the lighting on the hill seem to take away. 6

At first glance, I didn't like this shot, but now looking at it I think it's one of the best of the challenge! The only complaint I have, and it's minor, is that the area behind him is a little dark, but tat is probably out of your control. I love the stopped water, though this is just a thought since I've not attempted this picture, but what, to fit the title, you left the shutter open for longer and had that blurred water effect? I dunno, just a thought. I love the shot as it is, too. 8
