Wonderful B&W shot. I love B&W when it's used properly, and I think this one improves with it. Subject is nice, and there's a good play between shadows and lights.
Critiques: the light up the door is blowed and IMO vigneting is excesive, I think it's appropiate but a little bit less would be nicer . But just an opinion.

Like the composition of this one, all the elements (archs, flags, ceiling) are leading you to the rose window. The light in this rose window is a little strnage IMO, I can't say what it is. Like it.
