the left of the building is very blown out, i wonder if you could have taken a darker exposure and pushed the blacks a bit to bring out the detail of the darker side.

I really like this photo, the color is perfect for the scene, and the blown out sky works really well, as if the, um, awning? tent? is a gate to a bright white beyond. The complete lack of people adds a bit of desolation to the scene, too... it's unsettling.

i worry a lot of people are going to completely miss the trees in the background and comment solely on the light. In any case, the sky is a touch blown out, give the whole image a hazy feel, i'd much rather a darker exposure and a crisp, tight feel. the placement of the stop light is kinda bland as well, it doesn't have much impact.

this picture seeoms a bit soft, did you try sharpening it? I'm not sure if it's the focus or not. Also, a vertical framing to crop away everything but the hand, butter and egg could make this a bit more dramatic i think.

needs a much deeper focal plane to get both flowers in focus, and the flash feels really hot. Did you try a longer exposure without the flash?
