The candle is so bright (blown highlights) that the rest of the image was underexposed, and I really have no idea what I'm looking at here. It looks like one of my old band medals and some watch bands? You might try using a soft fill light to bring up the level of the rest of the image to make it closer to the brightness of the candle, then underexpose the entire thing to get it back down to the darkness that you want it. You could also crop down the top a bit, that grey space isn't doing anything for the image.

Good shot, but it needs to be much sharper. Some strong lighting might also help to bring out the dog's face. Also, The title (referring to brown eyes) doesn't really work with a black and white shot. Perhaps "I hope these dark eyes work"?

Good color, and the focus on the tip is good, but the centered composition coupled with the very dark area on one side and the very light area on the other is not very effective. Either cropping way in or taking the shot from a bit more to the left or right would really have helped the composition.

Fabulous shot! I love how your unusual framing really makes the ceiling heavier, and emphasizes the 'underground' sensation. The selective desaturation is great, too. Very, very nice.

Absolutely stunning. Is this meant to be Alana, or some other?

Having the large concentration of sparkles at the bottom of the image would work if we could see a specific direction they took from the wand, but these really look like they're coming from below the wand. Could you have hidden the sparkler behind the wand to get a more realistic spark direction?

This image would be much improved if you ironed the backdrop, and make it curve at a more gentle angle.

Very nice traditional rendition. I think this might be a bit better if the 'wolf' wasn't so close. Great use of desaturation, good expressions on both the model and the dog. Well done!

A solid red ribbon would work better here than a bumpy purple one. It took me a second to figure out that it was supposed to be the finish line. Otherwise very good, nice control of depth. The Highlights are a bit too blown, using a bit of white cloth to shade the background would have helped.
