The black and white contrast here is surprisingly effective, a glance at the thumbnail doesn't exactly enthuse here, but the actual shot is really quite effective. 7.

Definately an interesting take on the challenge, I would have preferred if you had simply titled it Prominence is relative, but definately a great idea here.

This is a wonderful abstract, you might lose out for not providing a context which demonstrates the prominence of this 'landmark' but I still really really like this. 8.

This is gorgeous, I do like the soft effect here, but can't help feel it is perhaps a little overdone... maybe a little overprocessed or exposure is too long (??) but otherwise great. 8.

The framing effect here is terrific... and the green cast whether because of the windows or photoshop is also really effective. 9.

I do like this, though am a bit impressionismed out... to be honest I'm not a huge fan of this as a photography style, there have been a few that have grabbed me, but not many that would sustain my attention.

This is quite effective but again, not my cup of tea.

Okay the setup here is ridiculous, I scored you a 7 during the challenge, but clearly without stopping to think about how challenging the creation of this photo must have been.

If I had thought it through you would have got a 9 or a 10 from me.

I would apologise, but you've got a blue ribbon for your troubles, so I don't think you are feeling particularly horrible about it.

Congratulations on a brilliant effort.

I was going to ask whether this shot was taken in montreal... for some reason I am oddly satisfied by the fact that I was right (the street signs tipped me off).

As for the photo - you might have exposed it fractionally too long..the stars are a little too pronounced, but definately a better than average shot in this challenge.
