night photos are tough shots. while you want the focus to be on the word 'yield', the lights grab the eye first, and unfortunately or too blurry to keep me looking. you might want to try this shot again with a different angle and with different f-stops. you might also want to wait for some activity in the foreground that would help the picture tell its story.

it is really hard to pull off shots this busy. it takes a lot of time arranging, shooting, and re-arranging, trying to find the best way to guide/control the viewer's eye movement across the picture.
